December 3, 2012 – Tohmatsu Innovation Co., Ltd. (TI) produce an epoch-making tool for small and midsized enterprises. The tool, named “jogg”, is a simple software to enhance the ability of achieving goals and support career development needs of employees.
“jogg”, a cloud software, is not only just a task management tool, but PDCA management tool. It helps employees to set short-term objectives,communicate with in-house coaches, check weekly progress.
