社会保障・税一体改革素案の決定

2012年1月6日、政府・与党社会保障改革本部は、「社会保険・税一体改革素案（以下「素案」）」を決定した。当素案においては、高齢化社会のさらなる進行などの理由による社会保障改革の必要性、および社会保障の安定財源確保と財政健全化の同時達成を目指すことが示されている。

Draft Outline of the Integrated Reform of the Social Security and Tax Systems

On January 6, 2012, the government and ruling parties compiled the draft outline of the integrated reform of the social security and tax systems. The aim of this reform is to secure stable revenue sources for financing social security and to regain governmental fiscal health by increasing the consumption tax rate.
